Lowongan Business Assistant/ Administration Staff for Basic Chemicals Division di PT Mitsui Indonesia

Job responsibilities:

1. Administrative job for support daily trading business activity and maintain good relationship with Customers
2. Monitoring and follow up delivery schedule
3. Hedging and help to monitor Payment received/AR reminder
4. Monitoring control collections, stock control together with PIC
5. Support each other with other Assistant when needed / Teamwork initiative
6. Processing Mitsui's expense settlement (concur) and accounting closing (monthly/quarterly)

Selection Criteria:

• Bachelors degree as a minimum
• Experienced in the same position for 3-4 years working experience
• Experienced in handling trading/business settlement, closing with corporate internal system
• Having a good understanding in trading business administration and Export-Import process
• Excellent in using computer especially in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and SAP application
• Good English communication skill (written and verbal)
• Eager to learn, flexible to solve issues proactively
• Able to work in timely manner, under pressure, responsible, and attention to details
• Good interpersonal/communication skills and respects for team members (teamwork)
• Has a good initiative and proactive, well organized and good time management skill, has good interpersonal skills, and proven in terms of teamwork
