THE ROLE
Responsible for all maintenance activities related with electrical/instrumentation/automation systems, equipment, and machinery repairs through CMMS to ensure proper performance and safety operation including coordinating their related maintenance spare parts ordering & safety stock control.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs thorough maintenance and repair works of electrical/instrumentation related equipment & machinery and organizing the daily work schedule for all mechanics
- Inspect, analyze & troubleshoot all electrical/instrumentation related problems, and resolve them in a timely manner
- Ensure that all electrical maintenance works are completed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with all company policies.
- Ensure the inspection & periodic preventive maintenance of all appropriate equipment are scheduled in the CMMS and carried out according to the C-Works PM schedule.
- Ability to define electrical/instrumentation problems, collect, review, and analyze data; establish and draw conclusions
- Maintain an adequate supply of spares to fulfill maintenance requirements and facilitate a safe and efficient operation
- Prepare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shutdown days
- Ensure that the safety work permit and isolation systems are strictly adhered to by the electrical team.
- Ensure that reports for repair, maintenance, and service of equipment are accurate and complete
- Mentor and develop the mechanic crew members to ensure they are competent to work in their current job positions
- Ensure 5S housekeeping is maintained in the assigned maintenance areas
- Maintains positive work habits within electrical and instrumentation team.
- Other responsibilities assigned by company.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in Electrical/Instrumentation/automation engineering
- Minimum 8 years solid experience in maintenance; paper machine industry is preferably, with at least 3 years in Managerial position
- Proven track record as a smart and creative Electrical & Instrumentation
- Excellent knowledge & hands on troubleshooting experience of equipment, machinery, and system related to electrical and instrumentation especially in paper machine.
- Experienced with instrumentation of paper machine, PLC and HMI programming especially with Siemens and/ Omron.
- Strong safety & 5S awareness and commitment to transforming into the team culture
- Ability to write reports and complete work orders consistent with the duties
- Good computer applications skill
- Experienced with practice of CMMS
- Experienced with practice of TPM
- Be willing to be called out in emergency situations
- Must have initiative, be a self-starter, and can work with minimum supervision.
- Must have a good interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and good planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills
