Lowongan Operations Manager di PT Agro Perkasa

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of a palm oil refinery in Indonesia. The role will involve managing and coordinating the activities of the logistics, inventory management, and production planning to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Refinery. The Operations Manager will work closely with the suppliers to ensure the timely receipts of raw materials and with production team for deliveries of finished goods. Close coordination with Traders is essential to Manage Bulk Shipments of finished products and receipts of CPO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operations strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Manage and coordinate the logistics, inventory management, and production planning with production and traders.
• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that production schedules are met and that there is no disruption to deliveries and bulk shipments.
• Manage and maintain bonded zone requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the palm oil industry.
• Experience in logistics, inventory management, and production planning.
• Strong knowledge of Bonded zone, Shipping, local regulations and international trade laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Navision and other relevant software.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
• Willing to be placed in Dumai, Riau.
