We are looking for a qualified Learning Officer to support our site in Dumai.

Job Description:

• Ensuring that training programs adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and legal requirements.
• Creating and designing training programs that address the specific learning needs of employees, departments, or the entire organization.
• Ensuring the effective delivery of training sessions, workshops, seminars, or online courses to employees, utilizing various teaching methods and resources.
• Managing the financial aspects of training, including budgeting, cost analysis, and resource allocation for training activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Training and Development or Competency Management.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering / Management / Business Administration.
• Hands-on experience in Training Implementation and Training Analysis.
• Vast understanding of business processes.
• Having good analytical thinking, initiative, self-starter.
• Having good interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Advanced in Ms Office
