We are seeking a visionary Country Manager to lead our Dairy Division in Indonesia to new heights. Key Responsibilities: As the Country Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Dairy Division's success. Your responsibilities will include:

• P&L Leadership: You will be responsible for the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) performance of our Dairy Division, ensuring growth and profitability.
• Sales Team Management: Lead and mentor our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
• Operations and Logistics: Oversee the operational aspects of the business, optimizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage logistics to ensure timely delivery and distribution.
• Branding & Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute innovative branding and marketing strategies to enhance our market presence and brand equity.
• Distribution Framework: Leverage your relevant FMCG distribution experience to establish a robust distribution business framework, optimizing reach and market coverage.

• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to drive informed decisions.
• Financial Acumen: Possess strong financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance effectively.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a clear strategic vision for the Dairy Division, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
