1. Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
2. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers or instructors.
3. Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
4. Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors.
5. Select and assign instructors to conduct training.
6. Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, or instructors.
7. Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials.

Job Requirements:

1. Have experience as Training & Development minimum 1 years
2. S1 any discipline from reputable university. Prefer from China university
3. Have English and Mandarin skill language
4. Familiar with Ms. Office
5. Good communication skills
