ME Dept. Overview

ME (Manufacturing Engineering) is one of the supply chain in OPPO Manufacturing Indonesia. We are responsible to prepare production equipment such as Machine and Tools including testing software to ensure stable production, while maintaining Quality Standard. Preparing Equipment can be form of setting-up and debugging, maintenance, repair or modification. We are also driven to optimize resources of 4M1E and reducing cost of production by improving machine performances, developing capabilities

One of our special projects in these years are LEAN Manufacturing System implementation which consist of implementing TPM, SMED and other modules in order to optimize resources, increasing output while reducing costs.

Currently this Dept. are looking for R&R ME Engineer Leader who had a potentials as follows:

1. Minimum S1 degree in Engineering, Minimum 3 yrs experience in ME field, prioritize mandarin speaker
2. Exceptional Project & People management skills, communication skills in both technical and user-friendly language
3. Proactive & Highly Organized and Result oriented, analytical thinking (Problem solver)
4. Used to Implement Lean Manufacturing system for manufacturing machine in factory
5. Able to lead a 10-member Team and coordinate well with China despite language barrier
6. Have extrovert personality, high interpersonal skill and initiative to communicate

Here's some summary regarding what will you handle if your joining us as R&R ME Engineer Leader:

1. Actively communicate with related PIC-including with China's PIC.
2. Manage, review, control, and oversee work plan in order to achieve KPI in time (or Projects) and optimized resources(4M1E)
3. Identify and predict problems, Initiate new improvement Idea
4. Develop suitable control measure to minimize risk.
