Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting overall IT (Desktop, Application and System, Meeting and Conference device, Video Surveillance System, Weak-current System, Network, and Infrastructure)
• Responsible for implementing ITSM rules and procedures to achieve the SLA
• Recommend process improvements to ensure IT reliability, scalability, security, integrity, and performance
• Responsible for managing IT fixed asset and Inventory
• Ensure IT projects are running properly as planned 
• IT Administration and Documentation
• IT Purchase and Procurement
• Managing stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Informatic Engineering, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
• Fluent in English/Mandarin, both verbal and written
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as IT Support
• Having experience in wireless technology (signal interference, channels, and frequency) is an advantage.
• Having a MTCNA or CCNA certification is an advantage.
• Having a good attitude, high sense of responsibility, detail and well organized
• Excellent communication, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work overtime, after-office hours, weekend/holiday, and night shift schedule either on-site or remotely, depending on business needs.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Employment status will be under a third party (outsource).
