About Us:

At Agro Murni, part of Mewah Group, we're dedicated to maintaining the highest quality standards in our palm oil refinery operations. We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to develop our quality control and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our QA & QC systems. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Quality Control Procedures: Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
2. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control procedures, making improvements as necessary to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
3. Documentation: Establish and maintain quality documentation systems, including standard operating procedures, quality manuals, and record-keeping processes.
4. Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address quality-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
6. Quality Management Systems: Provide guidance and support in the implementation of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and HACCP.
7. Supplier and Customer Relations: Collaborate with suppliers and customers to address quality-related concerns and drive continuous improvement in product quality.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Experience: A proven track record in quality control and quality management, preferably with min 8 years of experience in a palm oil refinery or related industry.
3. Quality Standards: Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and HACCP.
4. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement effective corrective actions.
