Job Description

The job requires the following formal qualification or equivalent experience:

Qualification -> bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in utility operations with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of utility systems, including but not limited to HVAC, boilers, SWRO, ETP, Compressor, Nitrogen Plant, Genset, Electrical distribution, and backup power systems.
• Able to track expenses and oversee the budget for Utility section.
• Familiarity with TPM implementation
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
• Relevant certifications in utility management or engineering (preferred).
