JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsible for checking the documents needed and update the journal transaction for each Request For Payment (RFP) received.
Responsible for making Request For Payment (RFP), for payments related to company operations.
Responsible for reconciling all existing accounts and inventory stock.
Checking the draft salary to be transferred as well as tax calculations (pph 21).
Checking and making monthly tax reports (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Art. 4, PPh 25).
Record journal all daily transactions to system.
Control and follow up all data receiving from clients.
Preparing calculation income tax for corporate and individual.
Operate e-SPT and e-Faktur Application
Perform Tax Reconciliation
Prepare & Filling e-Faktur

REQUIREMENT :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Preferably has experiences in the related field minimum 2 years.
Possess good ability to use computer (Microsoft Office or related SAP/Oracle/IFCA), prefer programs Accurate
Have Knowledge or experience with Costing, Taxes, Accounting, SAP/ERP/Accurate program.
Has good communication skills, dedicated, and tough.
Demonstrated capability to work in team or independently.
Highly responsible with good initiative, aggressive and able to work under pressure.
Has solid communication skill in English.
Experiance work from manufacturing company (prefer)
Have Certification in Brevet A & B, more appreciate & priority
