Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce management
• In depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and experience in managing and optimizing platforms
• proven track record of driving e-commerce sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality content and visually appealing product presentations.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics, inventory management, and customer service processes is a plus

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and increase brand visibility
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth
• Having ability to create P& L and target sales for customers.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team for the campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and customer acquisitions.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and analytics to track e-commerce performance, identify areas for improvements, and make data driven decisions.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on e-commerce performance and present findings to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay informed about the latest e-commerce tools, software, and platforms to recommend and implement innovative solutions for clients
