The Role :

We Are looking for a Manager to join our company in Semarang, Central Java. The role will contribute the success of business by providing excellent sea and air freight service to internal and external customer. Increasing gross profit and volumes achievements for all regional and ensuring our value propositions matches with client's expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential business opportunities and markets.
• Sales performance against target assigned.
• To be aware of import-export market.
• Manage and lead team members to ensure delivered service for operations is excellent.

Qualifications:

• Age Maximum 45 Years Old
• Bachelor degree all Major
• Minimum 5 years experiences in logistic especially Forwarding company as Supervisor / Assistant Manager
• Understand the flow transportation brokerage / sales experience, multipart of logistic solution to a wide range of clients
• Excellent in Ms. Office is a must
• Good Presentation Skills
• Fluent in English (preferred)
• Able to work as strong team member
• Have a sense of responsibility to work under pressure
