What You'll Be Doing?

• Manage and align implementation of Integrated Management System in Company
• Assuring the adherence to all internal ISO 9001, ISO 22000 (Food Safety), ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH) and the adherence to the regulatory requirements
• Responsible to lead Integrated Management System related activities and promote to the Plant Site and Head Office in scope
• Coordination and work with all Department, including Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Legal, Strategic Planning, Analytics and Finance to gain thorough understanding of the corporate risk processes and procedures development
• Identify, define and document complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures
• Drive continual improvements & recommendations with regards to Integrated Management System through managing verification (audit)

What We're Looking For?

• Minimal Bachelors Degree from any background
• Latest 10+ years of working experience in QMS, Compliance Management at Manufacturing are required
• Excellent knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 (Food Safety), ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH), Local Regulation
• Enterprise risk management with good understanding of risk governance, operating model, risk identification and assessment processes
• Risk data analytics and reporting
• Good interpersonal skill and ability to collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders, including more senior counterparts
• Creative thinking & ability to support continuous improvement, campaign, promote and exciting communication materials
• Excellent communication skill, both verbal (presentation, facilitation, moderating) & written, with proficiency in English
