Lowongan Construction Manager di PT Polytama Propindo

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating day to day construction activities from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget
• Consistently provide inputs and assist to Project Director to ensure safe execution of project
• Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones and monitoring progress against established schedules
• Preparing and monitoring contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with contractors, suppliers, subcontractors
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring QA & QC programs
• Preparing construction progress reports and issuing progress schedules
• Detailed understanding HSE regulations and construction standards and the value of an early risk identification and preventative action approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 15 years experience in construction projects in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas field with 10 years experience in Managerial level
• Strong, wide, and extensive experience in various Petrochemical or Oil & Gas project development / construction experiences
• Having knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies
• Working knowledge of scope of work covered by contracts
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team to build collaboration and efficiency
• Demonstrated leadership experience and working with others
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills
• Experience in supervising, training, and mentoring team
• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
