- Responsible for checking the necessary documents and updating journal transactions for each Request For Payment (RFP) received.
- Responsible for creating Request For Payment (RFP) for payments related to company operations.
- Responsible for reconciling all existing accounts and inventory stock.
- Checks the draft salary to be transferred as well as tax calculations (Income Tax Article 21).
- Checks and creates monthly tax reports (VAT & Withholding tax).
- Records all daily transactions in the system journal.
- Controls and follows up on all data received from clients.
- Prepares income tax calculations for corporate and individual.
REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably has a minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office or related SAP/Oracle), preferably with Accurate program proficiency.
- Knowledge or experience with Costing, Taxes, Accounting, SAP/ERP/Accurate program.
- Excellent communication skills, dedication, and toughness.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently or in a team.
- Highly responsible, with good initiative, aggressiveness, and able to work under pressure.
