The Position  

The successful candidate will be responsible to meet sales quantity as budget with the highest possible profit for the company. The incumbent will report directly to the General Manager Converting Division of PT. Papertech Indonesia.    The Responsibilities

• To develop food packaging market especially brown paper
• To provide sales data and information about food packaging market
• To maintain customer through personal approach, professional and systematic way
• To give an input for market trend to plant / team
• Active participate during launching, introducing and developing new product
• To give technical assistance/ problem solving to customer
• To develop Sonoco converting paper brand in food packaging especially brown paper box
• To bring as market leader in 3-5 years

 The Person

• Minimum education bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering, Maths or Science.
• At least 7 years professional working experience in Sales & Marketing field for industrial products, preferably within paper or converting industry.
• Fluent in English both written and oral. Strong in Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be proactive and result driven
• Computer literate
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Pleasant personality and good grooming
• Willing to relocate or work in Subang / Purwakarta area
