Lowongan Asst Manager, Maintenance di PT Agro Perkasa

Responsibilities:

• Assist Maintenance manager to lead the maintenance department which includes building services, plant and equipment maintenance and repair works, related improvement works, M&E installations, fire safety matters, etc for the factory facilities.
• Ensuring preventive maintenance of all equipment and plants are done at the correct interval.
• Ensure corrective maintenance in place to prevent re-occurrence of breakdown.
• Ensure compliance to ISO, Environmental Health and safety management system's requirement and other related management system adopted by the company.

Requirements:

• > 5 Years Working Experience in the related to Facilities / building / machinery maintenance and management.
• Experienced on government liaison for Occupations Safety and Health , Environmental requirement, compliance of rules and regulations.
• Executive and lead all maintenance processes and operations related to facilities , building and machinery.
• Able to track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
• Proven experience in a managerial role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manpower management , staff’s training, and development
