Merchandiser (Fashion Division)We are one of the leading department stores in Indonesia, operating in several cities throughout the country. Due to our future development, we are seeking professionals with expertise in retail merchandising.
Responsibilities :

• Implement merchandise strategies to ensure margin optimization and sales achievement as budgeted by the Company
• Ensuring bazaar stores and promotional events run smoothly and according to schedule,
• Monitoring administration to support operations (inventory, promotion price, )
• Perform analysis related to Sales Performance Evaluation that has been made by staff
• Build and maintain excellent networking with suppliers and principals based on supervise from Manager

Qualifications:

• Has at least Bachelor’s degree
• Has minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, with at least 2 years in a supervisor position
• Has excellent knowledge and understanding of best-practiced retail merchandising; able to implement excellent execution
• Has an extensive network in the retail industry
• Has excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills; as well as good leadership
• Good with numbers and able to operate Microsoft Office.
• Has proficiency in the English language.
