Job Description

1. Responsible for recruitment fulfilment and assessment process, including: Sourcing candidates, screening: interview, selection test, Onboarding new hire facilities, induction training for new hires
2. Analyze and create recruitment report fulfilment aligned with budget approval
3. Liaise with job portals, universities and external 3rd parties
4. Facilitate & coordinate training classes (offline/online) and maximize the digital learning system
5. Responsible as Human Capital business partner for performance management process to boost Company’s performance
6. Responsible to implement Annual Performance Evaluation (PA) and monitoring appraisal online system

Requirements:

• Has minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Economic
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as HR Associate Manager or 2 years as HR Supervisor, preferably in retail or F&B industry.
• Able to produce assessment reports
• Data-driven, good analytical, planning, organizing, and time management skills
• Able to work in a team as well as individually
• Has good communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work location: Sudirman Area, Jakarta
