Requirements & Qualifications

1. Age between 35-40 years, preferably Domicile at Bekasi
2. S1 in Law (SH) from a reputable University
3. Fluent in English, both Speaking & Writing (Minimum Intermediate Level)
4. Experience minimum 5 years in a managerial position in a related work scope

Role and Responsibilities

1. Manage HR duties including Payroll, Training, Recruitment & Industrial Relations
2. Manage Company’s legal documents and permits
3. Manage Company assets
4. Manage Procurement of goods
5. Function as Compliance Officer
6. Manage Insurance programs
7. Ensure correct and timely reporting to relevant government authorities
8. Ensure correct and timely reporting to regional headquarter office
9. Any other tasks related to HR, GA and legal scope
10. Good leadership, willing to work hard, and able to work under pressure
