Job Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Management, or Law with minimal 2 years experience in same position / level
• Have experiences to handle administration of HR system and understands HR Function, UU No. 13 tahun 2003 and UUCK
• Proactive individual, able to work independently and multitasking under fast pace environment
• Good analytical, interpersonal, teamwork, and communicative
• Work accurately with close attention to detail
• Good command in English
• Familiar with Ms. Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot)

Job Description :

• Handle Recruitment process with psychological test
• Support Training and development all employee
• Manage employees administration process (HRIS, Leave, Attendance, Overtime, Id card, MCU, etc)
• Manage employees compentation and benefit administration
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases
• Prepare HR documents and Administration
