Job Responsibilities:

• Attract new clients and oversee the sales process for the business
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks
• Identify and research opportunity in new and existing markets
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Deliver sales volume to meet targeted sales objectives
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Provide secretarial and administrative support, manage & coordinate meetings
• Capable in handling tight deadlines and multitasking jobs
• Handeling correspondence, incoming & outgoing letter related to BOD
• Liaise with all internal and external contact
• Managing all aspects of travel and event arrangements, including conferences, industry events, meetings, corporate hospitality, social and personal functions
• Writing, preparing and formatting reports and presentations
• Managing any additional ad-hoc duties as requested by BOD
• Take minutes of the meeting, maintain records and make sure each department fulfill the duty
• Control the accuracy, completeness of, and access to programs and data files
• Handling a wide variety of tasks and situations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in B2B is preferable
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
• Has willingness to do the hard-selling & canvassing as sales to clients
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
• Flexible, highly committed and result oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Initiative, self-discipline, able to work independently and under pressure, responsible, fast learner.
• Strong analytical, management, and organization skill, good in communication and having problem-solving skill
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
• Domestic business trip available
