REQUIREMENTS :

• S1 graduate from Communication, Business, Marketing or Management
• Having minimum 5 years experience working in Sales Auction, Sales B2B and Marketing
• Having experience or strong network of automotive, auction and leasing industry
• Set up strategy in developing brand image and marketing communication
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Manage, coach and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement SOP in Sales and Marketing Division
• Analyse market segmentation, create sales and marketing strategy for business and sales development and build a robust brand image
• Analyse training needs and provide training for both hard skills and soft skills for Sales and Marketing division
• Self-motivated with strong creative & innovation, result-oriented, and high achiever, willing to learn & try something new, Leadership
• Willing to work in Bekasi

JOB RELATIONSHIPS :

      Reporting to the Management

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching customers needs and requirements
• Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers
• Define and develop a business strategy
• Identify and resolve any problems that occur
• Designing and presenting new ideas or new strategies for sales in the company
• Assisting sales activities and checking the sales data
• Maintain sales quality and good relations for buyers
• Evaluate all report submitted by salles staff and recommend appropriate changes if required
• Maintain all operation records to prepare all project sales and establish profitability in organization
• Ensure the achievement of revenue according to the target
• Have the ability of negotiation and presentation and have good data analysis
