Job Description:

1. Manage online store to sell products related to Beauty, Health, Fashion Accessories, Gadget, and FMCG Categories
2. Manage and execute e-commerce operations to boost online sales (pricing, promoting over marketplaces, order processing, etc.)
3. Compline accurate and optimize title (Marketplace SEO), product description, bullet points, and images to present products features
4. Monitor and Analyze traffic, daily order, and product data (or any marketplace data) to come up with new marketing measures to achieve monthly sales target.
5. Implementing marketing measures to achieve monthly sales target.
6. Communicate with Client and Marketplace PIC related to promotion and sales improvement.
7. Monitor and analyze Key Performance.
8. Being responsible for creating monthly sales report to the client.

 Qualification:　

1. Have at least 3 year experiences in selling products online, familiar with the opening store procedures in major market places such as Tokopedia/ Shopee/ Bukalapak.
2. Ability to analyze content and functionality of marketplaces.
3. At least Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing, mathematics or commerce related major should be valued.
4. Worked for digital ad agencies and E-commerce enabler company/division and those market places is a plus. Especially the experience to negotiate with marketplaces will be appreciated.
5. Understand all of the features in Marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, et cetera) is a plus.
6. Being able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
7. Comfortable communicating in English.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
9. Have basic experienced as merchandiser and marketing.
