Lowongan Backoffice Staff (HRGA) di PT Trans Cosmos Commerce

Job Descriptions:

Human Resources and Talent Acquisition:

1.      Acting as the first point contact of employee’s queries

2.      In-charge for the document management (including filing, organizing, and archiving) of employee record, HR documents and permit management, corporate legal documents.

3.      Person in-charge for internal arrangements and event such as entertainment, team bonding, and some ideas related with employee engagement.

4.      Coordination with hiring manager to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.

5.      Sources potential candidates through local advertisement, company own-media and online channels (e.g. social platform and professional network).

6.      Person in-charge to plan and conduct interview and selection procedures (profiles/CV screening, calls, assessments, and person-interviews).

7.      Assisting HRGA Manager to design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements.

8.      Lead and execute employer branding initiatives.

9.      Responsible for ad-hoc related to HR functions.

General Administrations:

1.      Managing day-to-day GA operations. 

2.      Maintaining the office and facilities assets.

3.      Maintaining office supply inventory.

4.      Handling general procurement of goods for internal employees.

5.      Coordinating with vendors for related GA services.

Requirement (Qualifications and Skills):

1.      Bachelor degree or relevant experience.

2.      +3 years’ experience in Human Resources and General Administration.

3.      Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.

4.      Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.

5.      Attention to detail and good judgement.
