Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for the operationalisation of corporate compliance programs for Group.
Ensure the establishment and/or evaluate compliance policies and its relevant procedures.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to identify enhancements in compliance processes and play a driving role to implement system/process improvement/changes.
Conducting policy and compliance audits internal Group.Â
Design training & communication program and regularly sensitized senior management, relevant employees and business unit regarding key compliance risks.

Requirements :

Degree in Business/Finance/Risk Management
Has worked more than 7 - 10 years in a position as a Compliance or Risk Manager.
Excellent time-management and initiative.
Proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in oral and written English
