Description :

• Understand Business Process Management including policies & procedures.
• Assist for the corporate compliance programs for Group.
• Maintain company Standard Operating Procedures -SOP manuals to ensure the establishment and/or evaluate compliance policies and its relevant procedures.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to identify enhancements in compliance processes and play a driving role to implement system/process improvement/changes.
• Conducting policy and compliance audits internal Group. 
• Organize training & communication program and regularly sensitized senior management, relevant employees and business unit regarding key compliance risks.

Requirements :

• Degree in Business/Finance/Risk Management
• Has worked more than 1 years in Compliance / SOP function.
• Understand SOP/Audit/ ISO 9001 would be an advantage.
• Attention to details, punctual and good teamplayer.
• Excellent time-management and highly initiative.
• Proficient in Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in oral and written English
