Qualification:

• Education          : At least bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Computer, Telecommunication, Mechanical), Computer Science/Information Technology, and another related field
• Experience        : Minimum 2 years working experience
• Language           : Fluent in Bahasa and English. Able to speak and write in Mandarin Chinese (Optional)
• Skills                   :
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
• Familiar with Vision Document, Business Requirement Document, System Requirement Specification, Visual Modeling Concepts and Technical Proposal.
• Knowledgeable in Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs)
• Excellent communication skill
• Strong analytical skill
• Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) Concept and Agile Methodology
• Deep understanding of O/S, i.e.: Linux and Windows Server
• Deep understanding of Web Server, i.e.: Apache, NGINX, AWS
• Deep understanding of Transportation, E-Payment, Security System, Telemetry and Banking Product and Solutions
• Deep understanding of Internet-of-Things (IoT) Design and Concept, especially for Sensory & Telemetry Solutions
• Deep understanding of Digital System and Application Architecture Design
• Deep understanding of Data Fetch and Messaging Design, i.e.: Message Queueing, API and Microservices
• Deep understanding of Business Process Design (Flowchart, Sequence Diagram, and Illustration Images)
• Deep understanding in ETL (Extract Transform Load) data from text file/xml/JSON or another format to Database or another sources
• Having knowledge in Database System (RDBMS and NoSQL) is an advantage
• Having knowledge of Big Data Architecture and Tools, i.e.: Hadoop, Hive, etc. is an advantage
• Having knowledge of Network Topology Design and Equipment is an advantage
• Able to make Technical Documents related to product and solution that will be offered to customers
• Able to work under pressure both individually and in a team environment
• Strong sense of self-motivation and willingness to learn

Job Description:

• Work under the Business and Product Development Division to understand company’s solution, product, business flow, and sales process
• Responsible for coordinating with Sales & Marketing Division and Research & Development Division to provide business advice, technical presentations, and technical proposals
• Analyzing market, competitor, and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies
• Responsible for updating product and solution information related to market movements and needs
• Responsible to find, create and retain partnership with potential partners and principles
• Responsible to communicate to Clients and Stakeholders about technical & business solution
• Responsible to lead business case by eliciting requirement and specifying requirement with the stakeholders
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Division to conduct Product Pricing and Financial Model
• Support Business and Product Development Division in Proof-of-Concept (PoC) stage by Documenting and Reporting all the development & implementation processes to the Manager and Stakeholders
