Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize project meetings, maintain documents, and manage the schedule.
- Support Project Manager to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, also maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Monitoring budget planning, Time to quality & Project Progress.
- Implement quality audit.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Telecommunication, Mechanical), Computer Science/ Information Technology.
- Has a minimum of 2 year of experience in project management preferable from IT industry, Digital Industry.
- Having knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Database and Application would be an advantage.
- Familiar with Quality Management System & ISO 9001 Certified.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, delivering client-focused solutions to customer need.
- Required skill(s) : Project Management Office, Project Implementation, Project Risk Assessment, Project Planning.
- Familiar with some working tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio & Microsoft Project.
- Possess outstanding analythical thinking, capability to work independently, proactive, also possess multi-tasking work habit, and strong attention to detail.
