Job Description :

• Oversee all aspects of application support, office operations and application infrastructure
• Manage cross-functional specialist team members in engineering including IT Support, Application Engineer, IT Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer. Responsible for task assignment and progress management for specialist/engineering team
• Overall responsibility for production operations and support systems and rolling out any changes to IT systems to support new business requirements, or new integration requirements.
• Participate in requirements analysis and design of key technical infrastructure functions and support systems, and be responsible for system integrity and stability.
• Mentor and support, train and lead core team members to solve problems and solve problems whenever needed.
• Ensure 24/7 availability and SLA of service and communication response to users
• Setting goals and objectives for the operations team, based on the company's business objectives
• Train and develop team members in the IT function to ensure a high level of professionalism in meeting desired performance standards and functional objectives.

Requirement:

• Bachelor (S1) / Master (S2) in Information Technology or related
• prefer ASAP
• Proven professional experience in network,IT Support, Application Engineer, IT Infrastructure, and -DevOps Engineer at least 3 - 5 years
• Excellent communication skill and fluent in English
• Good analytical skill, problem solver, and able to think out of the box
