Job Description

• Receive Purchase Order / Create Purchase Order
• Process Commercial Invoice, Tax Invoice and Delivery Order via system
• Coordinate with clients / vendors in regards to Purchase Order and delivery time
• Problem solving with clients in regards to Purchase Order
• Coordinate with other division to fulfil client's Purchase Order
• Liaise with client on a day to day basis via email and telephone
• Prepare weekly report

Qualification

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent managerial skill
• Excellent coordination skill
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Excellent written formal Indonesian
• Able to work in a team and individual
• Can work after hours if required
