We are looking for energetic, dynamic stock/inventory controller to join our ever growing family. An ideal candidate would need experience in the field of weekly, monthly and annual stock report and great interpersonal skills.

Job Description

• Daily journal entry of inventory
• Checker of inventory movements between warehouses, clients, and shipment
• Daily stock report
• Communicate with other departments in regards to inventory movements
• Coordinate with logistic and finance department in regards to inventory movement
• Weekly stock count
• Reconciliation with finance administration, logistic and outsourced accounting firm on stock movement
• Aid in the movement of stocks

Qualitfications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as inventory control
• Minimum of D3 education
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas
• Good communication
• Thorough and diligent
• Good at problem solving
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Experience in handling hundreds of SKUs
