Lowongan Head of Human Resources di PT Gunung Raja Paksi

Main Responsibilities :

1. Provide leadership and overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans.

2. Develop and implement human resources policies include and not limited to transactional or administration policies and procedures, hire-to-retire, processes.

3. Establish performance management system, processes, and execute annual performance review

4. Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management

5. Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with government, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field from reputable University, Master in HRM if preferred
