Lowongan CAPEX & INVESTMENT MANAGER di PT Gunung Raja Paksi

Job Responsibility :

• To coordinate the planning, implementation of projects and ensure the projects are well monitored.
•  Plan and coordinate with sales, production, procurement to identify the potential market demand if the projects are going to be executed.
• Analyze the data gathered and calculate the project investment cost, commercial benefit, return on investment, payback period, etc.
• Monitoring the project timeline and budget capex utilization for each project 
• Liaise with all related party to solve all issues occur during the project implementation.
• Monitor the financial performance of each business units including KSO.
• Summarize and prepare presentation

Qualifications :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, any major from reputable University
  
• Minimum 2-3 year of experience in steel industry/ project/ consulting firm 
• Proven experience in financial modelling
• Understanding of basic knowledge about operation and procurement
• Excellent communicator & well organized
• Fluent in basic excel, power point and reporting
