1. Establishing and/or developing markets in the USA, Europe, and Asia
2. Able to develop commodity export and import business.
3. Understand export and import activities
4. Understanding the activities of starting a new product development in a company starting from scratch
5. Able to form companies and start trading, purchasing, looking for suppliers, and also looking for markets inside and outside the country
6. Make business development proposals and their feasibility, as well as evaluate proposals that have been approved by management
7. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
8. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders
9. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market
10. Identify and explore new business ideas

Requirements

1. Fluent in English is a must (verbal and written).
2. Must be enthusiastic for continuous learning.
3. Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development.
4. Eager to explore new business opportunities.
5. Having good selling skills.
6. Accommodate discussion, market & company analysis.
7. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
8. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
9. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree with strong academic qualifications
10. expert in making business models, and making business feasibility analysis
11. Experience in Herbal, Spicy & Cacao Industry
