Job Description :

1. Ensure all operational activities run smoothly & run well according to SOPs.
2. Understand the concept and efficiency of company budgeting.
3. Directing and controlling the planning and implementation of business processes.
4. Supervise and coordinate head departments under their coordination, in terms of making work plans, reports on work results and performance evaluations in each department.

Requirement:

1. Minimum S1 Food Technology/Industrial Engineering.
2. Maximum age of 40 years.
3. Experience as a Business Management or Manufacturing Industries for at least 3 years.
4. Excellent knowledge about production management and business experience.
5. Good communication and interpesonal skill.
6. Excellent leadership, communication and team coordination skills.
7. Good planning or implementing and problem solving skills.
8. Able to adapt well honest, responsible, creative, and proactive.
9. Can develop and create business strategies.
10. Able to communicate actively in spoken and written English.
11. Domicile Purwokerto Area, Central Java.
