Qualifications:

• Diploma of Accountancy or equivalent
• With at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Experienced with SAP ERP system is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Hands-on, self-motivated, meticulous and committed personality and able to work independently & to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills in English

Job Descriptions :

• Handle full set of accounts experience
• Responsible for AR function including but not limited to invoicing and collections
• Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections with sales team
• 3-way match supplier bills into the accounting system
• Paying vendors on time and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit and responding to all vendor enquiries
• Monthly bank reconciliation and cashflow management
• Maintains Fixed assets ledger and other schedules
• Posting bank entries and recording transactions and events relating to bank payments and petty cash
• Assists in year-end audit process
• Any other duties as assigned
