Qualifications:

• Maximum age 40 years
• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 7 years of experience with exposure to a wide range of finance and accounting responsibilities and have understanding on regulations relating to HR Field and Companys operation
• Well organized and structured thought process
• Good report writing and communication skills in English
• Working experience and comprehensive understanding of ERP systems Knowledge of SAP B1 ERP system would be an advantage

Accounts Job descriptions :

• Maintain and oversee day-to-day finance operations and accounting of the company
• Responsible for all aspects of financial reporting
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting and financial process
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing
• Ensure compliance of financial records and controls with corporate, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Management of cash flow, Fixed Asset Register, credit control and receivables management
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
• Monitor and ensure proper internal controls are in place
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Any ad-hoc assignments and projects
