Lowongan Air Freight Operations Manager di PT Multisarana Bahteramandiri

Responsibilities:

• Good English is Must (written and verbal)
• Manage overall export and import operations.
• Develop, implement and continuously enhance air freight forwarding operational procedures (import and export).
• Develop together air freight business
• Good relationship and dedicated to provide customer service to customers
• Lead negotiation of rates and contracts with air carriers.
• Collaborate with sales functions to execute business plan targets.
• Build and maintain long term relations with clients, airlines and terminals.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on operational requirements.

Requirement:

• Graduated from reputable local or overseas university.
• Fluent in English (speak and write).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an airfreight supervisory or management position.
• Strong knowledge of command of documentation, procedures and rules for air cargo transportation.
• Having a customer and shipper database is advantageous.
• Having Freight Forwarding & Logistics knowledge is a must.
• Having knowledge of the international transportation industry (Import/Export).
• Willing to work under pressure and target oriented.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A true passion for customer service; you enjoy delivering your best to clients.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
