Lowongan HR GA Manager di PT Multisarana Bahteramandiri

General Requirement :

• Age between 35 - 45 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in SH from reputable University
• Have minimum 5 years of working experience in HR & GA area with 2 years as Manager level
• Good interpersonal & communicative skill as well as negotiation and decision working skills
• Good Command of both spoken & written English
• Excellent Leadership and management skill including planning, budgeting and supervising of staff
• At least by experience in recruitment, Working Agreement, Working Contract, working permit for foreigner, Outsourcing, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
• Trough understanding of Indonesia’s Rules, labor Laws, Omnibus law, social security and work permit regulation
• Familiar with OSS and other on line licenses

Job Description :

• Maintaining legal and permit document, building
• Maintaining the office by ensuring office working system are all operating properly ( printer, scanner, photocopier, internet connection, telephone , Hand phone, PLN, PAM) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner
• Taking care of Company’s Asset, Insurance, facility management and maintenance of office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contact, potential vendors and relations, cleaning and housekeeping service
• Procurement and inventory control or office stationary and pantry supplies
• Preferably from Freight Forwarding Company / Logistics
• Having a home or residence around Bekasi area or North Jakarta
