Lowongan Legal Supervisor di PT Multikarya Asia Pasifik Raya

• Prepare a work plan and budget for the Legal division, as well as monitor and control its implementation.
• Review contracts to ensure security from a legal perspective and anticipate possible lawsuits that could harm the company in the future, provide legal opinion and legal drafting of the contract.
• Documentation and monitoring of contract summaries (progress reports/reminders).
• Monitoring, managing, reviewing and making summaries (progress reports/reminders) of all legal entity legalities (licences) both internally and externally (clients).
• Provide advocacy to management to deal with actions/lawsuits from other parties.
• Doing correspondence or legal letters.
• Together with the HC (Human Capital) division, prepare Company Regulations (PP) and settle industrial relations disputes (mediation/conciliation).
• Coordinate with consultants/legal advisors to resolve company issues or represent the company in court proceedings.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
• Have a minimum 5 years work experience in the same field, preferably in Tbk. company
• Mastering all fields of law, having good enthusiast work ethic
• Good Communication Skill. Excellent English with oral and written
• Having good enthusiast work ethic
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter and ability to work independently without guidance
• Willing to travel occasionally (about once per quarter)
