• Manage employee administration such as attendance/attendance data, leave, appointment, warning letters, dismissals/industrial relation, and employee pensions.
• Monitoring employee work contracts according to the time period and based on applicable regulations
• Perform salary calculations, overtime for all employees according to attendance
• Ensure employee participation in labor social security and health insurance in accordance with applicable regulations, including the medical claim process
• Maintain and develop employee information system
• Ensure the company regulations are updated
• Prepare administration and distribution of internal letters/memo
• Prepare work plans and budgets for the GA section, as well as monitor and control their implementation
• Ensure payment of taxes and KIR Vehicle in accordance with the time period
• Ensure that all household activities such as payments for electricity, water, parking, security and cleaning dues are processed properly.
• Manage donation requests both internally and externally
• Ensure electrical installations, CCTV are maintained safely

Qualifications :

• Minimum education S1 all major
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same field
• Have a good knowledge in industrial relation
• Have a good problem solving & communication skills
• Have a good knowledge in Building Management & General Service Management
• Able to join immediately
• Placement in South Jakarta
