PT Rinnai Indonesia is a Joint Venture Company with Head Office in Jakarta Barat and Factory in Cikupa and Balaraja (Tangerang), are looking for candidates that are reliable, dynamic, positive working attitude and highly motivated. Graduates from Reputable University with a minimum GPA of 3.00 and has the following criteria:

CANDIDATE OF ASSISTANT MANAGER OR MANAGER ENGINEERING

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Working experience minimal 5 years in similar function or position at medium-scale manufacturing company.
• Interpersonal skills in: Leadership, team building, management sense, communication, strong analytical, decision-making, highly motivated, results oriented, ability to work within budgets and deadline
• Other skills: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is a must, good in English both oral & written, and good in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Preferable if domicile in Jakarta Barat or Tangerang
• Placement in Cikupa or Balaraja (Tangerang)

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor's degree (S-1) majoring in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge in: ISO 9001, SNI, and Kanban
• Capable in automation, robotics, PLC Programming, 2-D & 3-D AutoCAD
• Able to read and understand technical drawings
