We, a Joint Venture company with Head Office in West Jakarta and Factory in Tangerang - Banten, are looking for a candidate for Assistant Manager Finance, Accounting & Tax who is reliable, dynamic, positive work attitude, strong leadership and highly motivated with the following criteria and conditions:

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Tax Brevet AB certified.
  • Minimum 10 years work experience in a manufacturing company with functions and responsibilities as a manager.
  • Fluent in English and preferably candidates who can speak Mandarin.

 Job Specifications of Assistant Manager Finance, Accounting & Tax:

  • Proficient in using computers and able to manage accounts with a computerized system.
  • Have good knowledge and skills in Accounting, Finance and Tax.
  • Reliable in managing time management with good cooperation in an efficient, effective, accurate and timely manner.
  • Able and understand office administration activities.
  • Have strong leadership, independent in managing the team and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to maintain company confidentiality from unauthorized parties.
  • Can build a network of cooperation and information on all aspects of the company's business activities, both internal and external.

 Job Description of Assistant Manager Finance, Accounting & Tax:

  • Reliable in analyzing the company's financial statements, including product prices, sales, costs, expenses and all tax regulations/applications in the company.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheet software to identify and analyze financial information
  • Proficient in understanding, analyzing and implementing new regulations/policies from internal and external of company.
  • Able to analyze budgets, costs and can manage the company's financial resources optimally.
  • Cooperate with individuals and teams to maintain the continuity of the company's economic and business activities in a consistent and sustainable manner.
