Job Title: Accounting and Data Analyst

Job Description:

As an Accounting and Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations, using data analysis to guide decision-making and ensure fiscal responsibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, extract valuable insights from financial data, and implement strategies to drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, budget reports, and forecasts.
• Work closely with the CFO to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to drive process optimization and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and data analysis
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accuracy and organization.
• Experience with accounting software and financial modeling is a plus.
