Responsibilities:

1. Evaluating existing processes and procedures to identify areas that need optimization.
2. Assessing the efficiency of technologies, instruments, and equipment.
3. Building, setting up, and improving systems, procedures, and equipment.
4. Performing quality control and resolving structural design and other issues throughout the implementation stages.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field of specialization preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience as a staff engineer in a similar environment.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Preferred to work in Demak, Jawa Tengah
