Responsibilities :

1. Carry out the employee recruitment process.
2. Maintain employee data and contract of employment.
3. Monitoring and evaluating the competence of employees expected by the company.
4. Data collection and adjustment of new and left employees for carry out the payroll process.
5. Collect employee BPJS data every month.

Requirement :

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 2 years related work experience.
3. Communication skills and HR reporting skills.
4. Proficient in english is plus.
5. Analytically driven and oriented.
