Job Description :

• To ensure that all machinery and equipment in production field are in good operational condition at all times to eliminate operational downtime
• Supervise technical team to ensure there are technical capabilities are in line with company requirements
• Ensure planned maintenance schedules are carried out and to meet the required quality standards within timeline
• Conduct awareness programs and ensure adherence to energy saving initiatives in order to conserve energy and reduce waste at the business unit
• Assist for the preparation of department annual budgets and be responsible to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in a timely manner with the budgetary allocations
• Maintain hazard-free working environment by implementing and adhering to Health & Safety policies and procedures throughout the factory

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electronica/Mechatronic/ Mechanic/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Have a good understanding and knowledge of Planned Maintenance, OEE, and problem-solving steps.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance work in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of people
• Good English communication
• Well organized and able to make quick/effective decisions
• Must be willing to work in Semarang (Central Java)
