Lowongan Supervisor Production (Executive - Production) di PT Prym Intimates Indonesia

• Do strategic planning to achieve production goals and meet customers' expectations (quality, delivery, timelines)
• Manage all the production team according to the production schedule
• Monitoring the implementation of SOPs & Work Instructions in the Production section
• Ensure validity and timeliness of production reports (production results, downtime,etc.) 
• Learn and make continous improvement in all production process 
• Implementing quality management system throughout the production activity 
• Check quality issue report and direct corrective action to production teams

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Machine engineering or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment (preferably in textile/ garment industry)
• Familiarity with lean Manufacturing / Kaizen 
• Proven track record in managing people and or small teams and cross functional team working, with experience in coaching teams to success
• Strong communication and engagement capabilities with ability to influence
• Fluent in English & Computer Literate 
• Must be willing to work in Semarang (Central Java).
